Accounts
You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and availability
We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and packaging occasionally changes without notice — neither is a defect.
Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may withdraw a product at any time.

Prices
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out, where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is not dispatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery and risk
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address on the order.

Returns
Our returns page forms part of these terms and sets out change-of-mind returns, exclusions and refund timeframes. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees above, our liability for any claim connected with a product or this site is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property
The AEVÉ name, logo, photography, copy and site design are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Do not scrape, resell or republish our catalogue, pricing or imagery.
Do not interfere with the site's operation or security.

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.

Governing law
